With over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device, and animal health industries, she brings a wealth of expertise in sales, marketing, and project management. Her passion for connecting with people and her competitive spirit make her a valuable addition to the team.

Femke’s career journey is one of growth and purpose. Her background includes diverse roles where she honed the ability to build strategic partnerships and achieve ambitious goals. A standout example of her work is establishing an international expert center in a leading Dutch hospital, where doctors could share knowledge and expertise on patient pathways.
“Sales is where I feel most energized,” she shared. “I enjoy building connections and finding solutions that drive success.”
Her decision to join GCP Central was inspired by the company’s mission to improve the quality and efficiency of clinical trials. “The ambition to save time and enhance processes in clinical trials really resonates with me,” she explained. With her understanding of hospital structures and her extensive network in the medical device sector, Femke is eager to identify customer needs and expand GCP Central’s reach.
Life Beyond The Workplace
Outside of her professional life, Femke is a firm believer in maintaining a healthy balance. Her dedication to fitness through cycling, yoga, and other activities fuels her energy and focus. “A fit body is the foundation of a fit mind,” she said.
“Living abroad teaches you resilience and gratitude. It also gives you the space to reflect on what truly matters.”
Her adventurous spirit is equally inspiring. Femke and her family recently returned from a year living in South Africa, an experience that broadened their perspectives and deepened their appreciation for diversity.
